At Donyi Polo Vidya Bhawan Senior Secondary School, Itanagar, we welcome students from Class I to Class XII who aspire to receive a balanced education that combines academic excellence, discipline, values, and holistic development. Eligibility Criteria
Class I Admission
Child must have completed the age criteria as per CBSE norms.
Class II – IX Admissions
Based on availability of seats and performance in DPVBET
Class XI Admission
Open for all three streams – Science, Commerce, and Humanities. Admission is granted on the basis of Class X Board results and school DPVBET norms.
Admission Procedure
1 Registration
Application/registration forms can be collected from the school office or downloaded from the school website (attached Notification link).
2 Submission of Documents
- Birth certificate (Class I)
- Transfer certificate (Class II onwards)
- Report card/mark sheet of the previous class
- Passport-size photographs of student & parents/guardians
- Aadhaar card (if available)
- PEN/Udise
- ST Certificate
3 Entrance Test / Interaction
Designed to assess basic knowledge, aptitude, and communication skills. 100 marks.
4 Confirmation of Admission
On qualifying the test/interview and fulfilling document requirements, parents will be notified to complete fee payment and formalities.
